Trump claims total exoneration in Mueller probe

An exultant President Donald Trump on Sunday claimed “total exoneration” at the conclusion of an FBI special counsel investigation into whether his campaign colluded with Russia to manipulate the 2016 election in his favor. The assertion came after attorney general, in a four-page summary, said that it provided no grounds to indict or charge the president.
