'Sarab' comes from 'sa' of the SP, 'ra' of Rashtriya Lok Dal and 'b' of the BSP, explained the PM coining the acronym. Congress called the comparison inappropriate, abusive and against political ethics. Congress said equating three political outfits with alcohol is not only abusive but also violates the moral code of conduct in force.
