Lalu’s RJD to fight lowest-ever number of seats, gives half to allies
The anti-BJP alliance in Bihar announced its seat-sharing deal on Friday with its lead player, Lalu Prasad's Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), conceding a generous share of seats to junior partners. The RJD has kept 20 of the 40 seats for itself, while leaving nine for Congress.
