Bluff announcement: Jaitley on Cong income plan

Union minister Arun Jailtey on Monday called the Congress promise of providing Rs 72,000 per annum to the poorest 20 per cent families under the minimum basic income guarantee scheme a bluff and suggested that the Modi government was already giving the poor much more than what the opposition party had promised.
