Rafale deal: Cong leader Moily says IAF chief is 'lying, suppressing truth'

A day after IAF Chief BS Dhanoa said that the SC has given a "fine judgment" on the Rafale deal, Congress’ Veerappa Moily accused the Air Chief of "lying" and "suppressing truth".
