UP govt seeks reply from Purvanchal Univ V-C over 'murder him' remark

In a purported video, which went viral recently, Professor Raja Ram Yadav - VC of the Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University- can be seen telling students not to come crying if they get into a fight, rather beat up the person or maybe kill. Taking cognizance of the statement made by Yadav, the UP government has asked him to present his side of the story.
