'Baby was anyway dying': Mumbai hospital cuts payout to fire victim

The parents of a week-old twin girl killed in the Marol ESIC Hospital fire last week have been denied full compensation of Rs 10 lakh by the ESIC, with officials allegedly claiming that the baby, born prematurely, "was critical since birth and there was a possibility that the death was natural".
