Parties with opposing ideologies can't form stable govt: J&K Governor

The assembly was abruptly dissolved by the Governor on Wednesday night, hours after the PDP staked claim to form a government with the backing of rival National Conference and the Congress. Another bid was made by the two-member People's Conference to form the government, with the backing of the BJP.
