Sidhu on personal, not official visit: Amarinder

The sharp divide between Punjab CM Amarinder Singh and his cabinet minister Navjot Singh Sidhu over attending the ceremony for Kartarpur corridor in Pakistan became more apparent when the CM revealed that he had asked the former cricketer to reconsider his decision. ​He also made it clear that Sidhu was on a personal trip and not official visit.

बिजनौर. यूपी के बिजनौर जिले के मंडावर थाना क्षेत्र के देवलगढ़ गांव में एक बड़ा हादसा हो गया है। शुक्रवार को यहां गंगा नदी पार करते समय एक नाव तेज बहाव में आने के कारण डूब गई। हादसे के वक्त नाव में करीब 30 लोग सवार थे। घटना की जानकारी मिलने के साथ ही प्रशासन ने राहत और बचाव कार्य शुरू कर दिया है। सभी लोग वैभगलगढ़ गांव के रहने वाले थे। ये सभी गंगा पार करके पशुओं के लिए चारा लाने गए थे और लौटते वक्त अचानक नदी का जलस्तर बढ़ गया और नाव तेज बहाव में आ गई। आज की ताज़ा ख़बरें पढ़ने के लिए दैनिक भास्कर ऍप डाउनलोड करें
