Mallya may lose £20.4m London home to UBS bank

Swiss Bank UBS AG is trying to evict the 62-year-old, Vijay Mallya, his 31-year-old son Sidhartha and his 92-year-old mother Lalitha from their multi-million-pound London home as the five-year (Rs 185.4 cr) mortgage on it has come to an end. A 10-day trial is scheduled from May 7, 2019. UBS seeks an order for possession and an order for payment of the sum due against Rose Capital.
