Much of the content featuring children come from accounts that are aggregators of such content or managed by parents or relatives of the children. As the content moderation team is based in Beijing, detecting inappropriate content from an Indian child becomes difficult. Most children don't understand what they are doing and think they are completing a challenge or will win a contest.
