Deoria: Girls in shelter home were drugged

The Deoria scandal, involved allegations ranging from missing girls to sexual exploitation and came to light after an 11-year-old inmate managed to slip out of the shelter home. Her escape led to a press conference by then Deoria SP Rohan Kanay on August 5, 2018, blowing the lid off the sordid saga.
