Chilli powder thrown at Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal

The attcker, Anil Kumar, has been detained, by Delhi Police personnel. He entered the secretariat around 1pm and was waiting in a room near the CM's office. As soon as CM Kejriwal left his office, he threw the chilli power at him.
