Chilli powder attack: AAP alleges BJP conspiracy

CCTV footage revealed that Sharma, in his late thirties, came to the secretariat around 12.40pm and sat in the waiting room till 2.14pm before walking out to meet Kejriwal. The chilli was hidden in a gutka packet, which is among the articles allowed in the secretariat.
