Amritsar blast carries Pak's signature: Amarinder

An initial probe has indicated that the grenade used by the two unidentified assailants to target the Nirankari congregation at Adliwal village near Amritsar on Sunday morning was similar to the ones being manufactured by the Pakistani army ordnance factory, said Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh.
