In a 1st, India invited as 'guest of honour' at Islamic Nations' Conclave
In a significant move, India has been invited to the inaugural plenary of the foreign ministers' conclave of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, a powerful grouping of Muslim majority nations. External affairs minister Sushma Swaraj will be the 'guest of honour'. Sources said it was for the first time, India has been invited to an OIC meeting as guest of honour.
