Eye on China, government finalises Rs 5k-cr defence plan for Andamans

Sources say the 10-year infrastructure “roll-on” plan for the Andaman and Nicobar Command has been formulated after prolonged top-level discussions in the defence establishment. Parallelly, a comprehensive plan for “force accretion” of the armed forces in phases at the ANC by 2027 is also in the works.

बिजनौर. यूपी के बिजनौर जिले के मंडावर थाना क्षेत्र के देवलगढ़ गांव में एक बड़ा हादसा हो गया है। शुक्रवार को यहां गंगा नदी पार करते समय एक नाव तेज बहाव में आने के कारण डूब गई। हादसे के वक्त नाव में करीब 30 लोग सवार थे। घटना की जानकारी मिलने के साथ ही प्रशासन ने राहत और बचाव कार्य शुरू कर दिया है। सभी लोग वैभगलगढ़ गांव के रहने वाले थे। ये सभी गंगा पार करके पशुओं के लिए चारा लाने गए थे और लौटते वक्त अचानक नदी का जलस्तर बढ़ गया और नाव तेज बहाव में आ गई। आज की ताज़ा ख़बरें पढ़ने के लिए दैनिक भास्कर ऍप डाउनलोड करें
