100 TV channels for Rs 153/month: 'Cable operators resisting new rules'

Several consumers TOI spoke to said they haven’t received the Trai form or message that was supposed to be sent to consumers on the new tariff regime. The cable operator is not even allowing consumers to opt for channels of their choice. As per Trai’s new regulatory framework, consumers can select & pay for only those channels they wish to view.
